Atlas Copco is building a new in-house production team that you can be a part of! The team will create motion and still image content for Atlas´ internal and external communication channels. Some of the content will be produced in celebration of the Atlas Showroom, a new concept that aims to inspire and educate customers, staff and engineering students on how Atlas Copco´s innovation and sustainable technology solutions have positively impacted society for 150 years and will continue to do so for many years to come.
The Atlas Showroom is currently in production and is expected to be completed in December 2022. The space will be a combination showroom, educational space and studio once done.
About the role
You will be the central function responsible for the day-to-day operation of Atlas Copco´s Inhouse Studio, which includes planning and coordinating the production team´s commissioning work, schedule and bookings. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of their new Showroom. Here you will have the opportunity to help build Atlas Copco´s Inhouse Studio from the ground up, creating productions in both large and small formats, as well as live broadcasts.
Main responsibilities:
• Production management of internal commissions (moving and still)
• Coordination of bookings and scheduling of space and production team
• Responsibility for maintenance and servicing of spaces & equipment
• Producing promotional material for Expo towards Atlas Copco´s Customer Centers
• Project management of the launch of the Expo Room
• Project management of internal events
Who do we think you are?
You are a person who has a creative mindset, a sense of service and is used to working with production management. It is a strong advantage if you have experience in film and photo production in both events and communications. You are a prestigious problem solver who enjoys variety In your tasks and can quickly adjust and support the team in case of changes. You are not only a driven and positive person who enthuses others, but you can also confidently and responsibly drive projects to completion. Since you are technically oriented and have experience of dealing with many clients with varying levels of knowledge and experience, it will be easy for you to work in a coaching manner with the whole organization.
To succeed in this role, we look for you to have the following experience:
• Experience of having worked in production management
• Good understanding of technical equipment
• Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of Swedish is an advantage
• It is an advantage if you have worked with Adobe Creative Cloud
Form of employment
This is a full-time, 40h/v position and a 1 year consultancy assignment, where you will initially be employed by us at The Place, with a great chance of extension and getting a permanent position with Atlas Copco.
You will be based in the office in Nacka.
