Production Supervisor

Westermo is looking for a Production Supervisor to Stora Sundby
As a production supervisor your mission will be to secure quality and on time delivery. You will be in charge of manufacturing at Westermo. This means all processes from SMT to Logistics. You will be the manager for 30 people including three team leaders. Your key focus and development areas will be quality assurance, on- time delivery, efficiency development, personnel development and continuous improvements drive/coaching.

Westermo has sales units all over the world with ambitions to grow. Your work is placed in the head office in Stora Sundby.

 

Qualifications and personal skills
We would like you to have several years of experience from a similar role in an industrial company. You have leadership skills and experience and have ambitions to develop and take on more responsibilities. You have a professional attitude with an “always improve” mindset and you have proven drive capability. You have a master of science or similar and experience from lean production and manufacturing of electronics. You speak Swedish and English fluently.
