Production Supervisor

At Cepheid, we are passionate about improving healthcare through faster, more accurate diagnostic tests. In our facilities in Solna / Sundbyberg we develop and manufacture diagnostics tests that improve patient oucome all over the world.


We are now hiring for shift supervisor to support our production. As shift supervisor you are responsible for the performance of our automated assembly lines, and works the same hours as the shift. The role involves following resposibilities:


Planning and leading the daily routine and non-routine manufacturing and packing of products on the lines according to established procedures



Responsibility for daily deliverables, documentation of progress in daily management and reporting deliveries in SAP



Reporting and investigation of deviations occurring on the shift and be a resource for on-going CAPA investigations



Manage team members, report and follow up absence daily, secure staffing and reorganize resources if needed. The supervisor takes responsibility for on-boarding and training of personnel



Responsibility for evaluation of all members of the shift according to the Cepheid Performance Management process together with the production manager
