Production Technician

In this new position as Production Technician we offer you an opportunity to work with great challenges within a dynamic organisation.You will report to and work close to the workshop manager and lead improvements of the production techniques and processes in our two workshops in Lund, Sweden and Hochheim, Germany.If you are the right person you will make a difference in the production process of our Maintenance Units.

Maintenance Units are our products used for improving life time service for our filling machines.Our workshops produce and recondition the Maintenance Units before they are sent to a customer.The intention is to increase our global sales and usage of Maintenance Units and thereby increase the demands on the workshops.Our ambition is also to continue developing quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the production of Maintenance Units.

As Production Technician your main tasks will be to:

- Optimise the processes and techniques regarding the production and reconditioning.
- Work with troubleshooting within the production processes
- Continuously question and improve of technical solutions and processes to increase the product quality, logistics, methods and production tools
- Lead projects in order to optimise and rationalise our production from a LEAN-perspective
- Maintain contacts with sub-supplier regarding outsourced production and evaluation of their services
- Be involved in and evaluate sub-supplier purchases


Kvalifikationer

As a person you focus on daily results, take initiative and work independently with improvements of the production processes while being thorough, structured and flexible.You have the ability to lead people and projects.Furthermore you are a team player and who easily get trust from colleagues and partners.Your communications skills are excellent and you have a high proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Some travel is included, mainly to Hochheim in Germany.

To be successful in this position you need to have a combination of a higher technical education and a practical experience in different manufacturing methods and in the assembling of machine modules.Further you must have a very good understanding of how the workshop processes can be developed and improved as well as good understanding of production techniques, material understanding, blue prints (CAD) and how to work up materials.Experience of Pro Engineer and SAP/R3 will be a qualification.
