Job description:
As a Production Worker at InnovaMar, you'll be at the heart of our operations, contributing to the harvesting and processing of premium salmon. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including manual cutting, packing, sorting, and preparation. You'll experience shifts alternating between day and evening, enriching your work-life balance.

Qualifications We Value:
- While experience in salmon or food production is a plus, it's not a necessity.
- Effective communication skills in English are essential.

Working hours and place of work:
Normally you work 36,5 hour per week but this can vary on a weekly basis.
We work in shifts, so you will change between working day- and evening shift every other week.

Place of work is InnovaMar on Frøya, Trøndelag,Norway


Other information:
SalMar AS is bound by the collective agreement between Norwegian Seafood Federation and NNN (employee union). The salary is based on the collective agreement's rates and local supplements and is subsequently regulated through local and central wage negotiations.
