Production/Reliability Engineer

Production/Production Engineering is responsible for safe, quality compliant, and efficient production of Healon PRO product family. The Production Engineer/Reliability Engineer provides Manufacturing with technical expertise related to associated processes, equipment, systems, and documentation, within the area of responsibility. The Engineer is accountable of leading activities to maintain and/or exceed established performance objectives.

Profile:

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Experience:
2-5 years of work experience in Production or Engineering preferably in GMP/Medical/ Pharmaceutical Industry



* Strong collaboration and communication skills
* Structured, accurate, self-driven, service oriented, team-player, can work independently
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and must have sense of urgency
* End-to-End Production / Engineering background - Preferably from within GMP - type of industry
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools
* Fluently in Swedish and English in both speaking and writing.



Key responsibilities:

* Lead and/or participate in continuous improvement projects/activities of process methods, equipment and systems
* Monitor the productivity targets/trends of Yield, OEE and other process related KPI:s
* Participate in daily performance review meetings
* Lead Change Control activities or actions
* Manage periodic review of SOPs, work instructions and associated documentation
* Update/Issue, review, and approve of manufacturing methods, temp methods, instructions
* Issue, review and approve technical and quality management documents
* Lead, coordinate and/or participate NC / CAPA investigations
* Manage training with respect to process methods, SOPs, equipment
* Adhere to local and global SOPs
* Lead and/or work closely with project leads to have full understanding of the project timelines and priorities
* Collaborate and with other functions such as Supply Chain, R&D | Engineering, Quality and Finance
