At our modern Digital Workplace department, we deliver a wide range of digital services, from collaboration applications to clients and telephony for worldwide end users at Scania. We are right now in a modern journey towards a value oriented organization with end users and value creation in focus. With this vision, a new Productivity and Business interface group has been formed to capture Scania business needs and increase their productivity by using our services efficiently.

This is what you should love doing
We are now looking for a curious and self-driven Productivity coach to strengthen our Productivity and business interface group. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our users to use our services efficiently, to optimal their productivity and create happy and confident users. You will coordinate closely with other productivity coaches, services delivery managers and communicator in our group and other functions to bring values to customers, make them feel it is easy and fun to work at Scania. In the bigger picture, you will be working across global multiple agile distributed teams with highly competent, versatile and diverse colleagues.

You key tasks
• Enable end users to overcome adoption barriers
• Investigate and understand end user needs and pain points in using our services, connected to our personas
• Contribute to and deliver within value streams
• Develop and adopt methods/tools to inspire and increase productivity, using various channels
• Measure adoption/productivity level and act
• Feedback to value stream owners and service managers on potential improvements
• Promote a learning culture in cooperation with Academy
• Cooperate with functions and areas that contribute to end user productivity
• Learn, adopt and nudge good practices and ways of working continuously
• Create, facilitate and moderate ambassador networks for accelerated learning
• Meet Scania teams, inspiring and advising for increased productivity, recommending the right tool for the right use case
• Analyse trends and get external inspiration to develop digital workplace productivity
• Create and publish content specific for Scania

Who we believe you are – what you will bring to the team
To succeed in this role, we believe you need to fulfil some of the following criteria
- you have worked in similar role for at least two years
- you have general IT knowledge and can efficiently use our Digital Workplace services
- you are open-minded, passionate about modern technology, new way of working and eager to learn new knowledge
- you are positive, easy to adapt to change and can manage change
- you are service minded and analytical thinking in capturing the real customer needs.
- you are curious in understanding human behaviours, thinking and learning and have the empathic pedagogical approach needed
- you are good in building relationship and can navigate diplomatically through the organization
- you have an agile mindset, being creative and proactive in finding new efficient solutions to help users being productive
- you are clear in your communication and have a pedagogical method of coaching
- you have the ability to inspire others and nurturing innovation
- you have an "elimination of waste" mindset

Nice to have
- knowledge in Swedish language
