We at Scania Digital Workplace deliver a wide range of digital services from Microsoft Office 365 to Client platforms. We are currently on a modern journey towards a value-oriented organization with the users and value creation in focus. Therefore, a new Productivity and Business interface group has been formed to capture Scania’s business needs and increase productivity by efficiently using our services. Now, we need to strengthen this team with a curious and self-driven productivity coach - hopefully you!

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our users' productivity. You will coordinate closely with other coaches, service delivery managers and communicators in our group, and with other functions, to bring value to our users at Scania and make them feel it is easy and fun to work here. In the bigger picture, you will be working across multiple globally distributed agile teams with highly competent, versatile and diverse colleagues.

What your key tasks would be


• Enable our users to overcome adoption barriers
• Investigate and understand end-user needs and challenges in using our services, connected to our personas
• Contribute to and deliver within value streams
• Develop and adopt methods/tools to inspire and increase user productivity
• Measure adoption/productivity levels and act
• Feedback to value stream owners and service managers on potential improvements
• Promote a learning culture in cooperation with Scania Academy
• Cooperate with functions and areas that contribute to user productivity
• Learn, adopt and nudge good practices and ways of working continuously
• Create, facilitate and moderate ambassador networks for accelerated learning
• Meet Scania teams, inspiring and advising for increased productivity, recommending the right tool for the right use case
• Analyze trends and get external inspiration to develop digital workplace productivity
• Create and publish content specific for Scania

• You have some experience from a similar role
• You have general IT knowledge and can efficiently use our Digital Workplace services
• You are open-minded, passionate about modern technology, new ways of working and eager to aquire new knowledge
• You are positive, easy to adapt to change and can manage change
• You are service-minded and analytical in capturing the real business needs.
• You are curious about understanding human behaviors, thinking and learning and have the empathic pedagogical approach needed
• You are good in building relationships and can navigate diplomatically through the organization
• You have an agile mindset, being creative and proactive in finding new efficient solutions to help users be productive
• You are clear in your communication and have a pedagogical method of coaching
• You have the ability to inspire others and nurture innovation
• You have an "elimination of waste" mindset
