In the capacity of a Productivity Engineer in Logistics, one will become a key component of the Local Line & Equipment team. The role involves the design and implementation of logistic solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s cutting-edge powertrain initiatives.

What you'll do:

- Craft and actualize streamlined processes and logistics flows to enhance operational efficiency.

- Innovate and apply advanced internal transportation methodologies.

- Offer expertise in logistics to bolster advanced engineering projects.

- Aid the production team by integrating novel logistic systems.

- Formulate clear and concise production guidelines.

- Assist in the design and planning of logistic layouts.

- Analyze and allocate the necessary staffing requirements for ongoing production.

- Conduct and assist with time studies relevant to logistics.

- Collaborate closely with Plant management to drive progress towards the Vision Plan.

- Participate actively in cross-functional teams dedicated to sharing best practices.

Skills:

- Proficient in both English and Swedish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

- Adept in the use of office software suites.

- Well-versed in Production Engineering and the principles of Lean methodology.

- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to drive projects forward.

- Highly analytical, capable of evaluating and synthesizing complex information.

- Adaptable and welcoming of new challenges and changes.

- Seasoned in operating within a global context, bringing an international perspective to the team.

- Equipped with robust project management competencies, able to oversee complete projects from initiation to implementation.
