Chief Operating Officer, COO, Electronics cooling

SHT Smart High-Tech AB is a start-up company with a cutting-edge technology in the Graphene electronics cooling industry. Our vision is that SHT Smart High-Tech AB should together with partnering customer, to drive the graphene cooling industry development and perform better than any other competitor to provide the best value for our customers. SHT Smart High-Tech AB is in an interesting period with customer projects in the portfolio that are close to industrialization phase. We look for a person that can join us in the journey to drive, develop and execute the plan to satisfy the deliveries to the customer.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily operations in production, logistics, purchasing and product planning
Drive improvement initiatives to develop automation processes and quality assurance in SHT’s operations
Responsible for delivered quality to end customer
Develop functions and team members in the organization

Qualifications:
MSc in Engineering
Good knowledge in English, both written and spoken
Working experience in electronics industry or electronics cooling application is a plus
Experience of COO position or managing an operation for a large team
Minimum working experience of 7-10 years
