Production Manager in Affluxwater
In this role, you will:
l Active management of Global supply chain to drive cost advantage for Affluxwater. Drive localization and harmonization of supply to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
l Develop and maintain global strategic supplier relationships; Assess supplier capabilities, analyze the market and develop sourcing recommendation while balance risk, cost and ensuring supply.
l Implementing and completing production assembling plan on schedule on base of company marketing strategy plan. Meanwhile, ensure timely supply of products and accessories required from all departments of Afflux water.
l Driving in cross-department cooperation to complete the new production development , production upgrade and Non-standard Project customization.
What we are looking for:
l 10years+ Production Management & Global Supply Chain Management Experience, preferably in Seawater Desalination Industry
l Experience in working and maintaining with China supplier relationship, new supplier development in Machinery industry
l Experience in new production development and good knowledge of NC Machine process, structural engineering and electrical engineering.
l Proven record of developing, implementing production strategies and delivery cost save plan.
l Experience in working with remote cross-functional team and demonstrated the ability to influence and drive consensus to deliver the strategy and business results
l Strong negotiation ability
l Fluent in English and Chinese, Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
l Good time Management skill
l Education: Bachelor / Master Degree
