Professional Services is looking for a highly motivated Support Software Developer who will work together with our Developer Team and Support Team to ensure our integrations are running smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Ensuring custom integration function to meet customer's business application needs
Provide developer level support of existing integrations
Working directly with managers, developers, internal stakeholders, customers, and partners on the support and of custom solutions
Providing timely information to customer facing teams to improve overall customer satisfaction
Proactively finding opportunities to improve documentation and information sharing within Calabrio products and tools
Identifying root causes, proposing test cases and solutions, and developing or utilizing new debugging and troubleshooting tools while working closely with other product teams
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Working knowledge of multiple development/scripting languages used in integration projects
Demonstrated skills in REST APIs, multi-thread large scale data processing, accessing relational data, and working on a cloud-based platform
Demonstrated skills in developing against, or troubleshooting REST APIs, database solutions or containerized applications
Skilled in documentation of solutions
Skilled in customer-facing project work in enterprise environments
Experience using source code management, software tracking systems such as DevOps, and knowledge management systems such as Confluence or similar
HOW YOU'LL STAND OUT
Demonstrate great communication skills and drive
Be willing to work both independently and together with your team
Previous experience with telephony and CRM systems
Desire for continuous improvement and growth
REQUIREMENTS
Experience from a role involving development and troubleshooting of C# applications
Knowledge of C#, API troubleshooting and database development in MSSQL or Postgres
3+ years' experience with MSSQL, stored procedures, data transformation, and troubleshooting
Experience or a willingness to learn about cloud solutions and containerized solutions
