Professional Development, yes that is what we are called, supports our business-to-business market. We are responsible for application and services for the small/medium business segment with customers located in the Nordics. We assure available and scalable systems and deliver new functionality meeting their needs.

We develop and maintain applications covering the full spectrum from operator surveillance tools, customer web portal and mobile application to critical background services. All are part of the business-critical solution that need to run 24/7.

To be able to support new challenges when it comes to new business opportunities, you and your team will find new ways of working and maximize efficiency.

The team consist of approximately 10 persons: full stack developers, DevOps, product owner and scrum master. Our office is located in Linköping.

What you bring
You will contribute with your previous experience of managing a team with new development and operational responsibility, preferably in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment with high demands on reliability and availability.

Qualifications
* University Degree within Technology
* At least 5 years of experience within test automation and software development
* Experience from an agile technology organization and leading agile teams
* It is an advantage if you have have DevOps experience
* You should have knowledge of Java microservices (spring boot), ReactJS, RabbitMQ, Cassandra, MySQL, PHP, Javascript and have experience in on preem and cloud environments.
* Good English skills, both orally and written
