Program Administrator

Your role

We are looking for a highly motivated Program Administrator to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to our contract and program managers and ensuring structured and value-driven conract and management support execution.

The Program Administrator will be based in our office in Linköping Tannefors at business area Aeronautics and will report to the Head of Staff Contract and Program management, primarily working with the Gripen Brazil contract and program responsibilities:

* Ensure that the program are structured and value-driven to meet the needs of our customers.
* Work closely with the program team to ensure that all activities are delivered according to expectations
* Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Participate in contract planning, delivery and evaluation.
* Provide administrative support as required.

Your profile

Requirements:

* Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible and proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Legal educational background preferred.
* Fluent in Swedish, English and Portuguese.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
