Do you want to join a team of marketing and event professionals at a world leading search engine? Do you have excellent execution skills and capabilities to deliver world-class events? About the role
For our client, we are now looking for a sharp Program Administrator & Project Manager to support in coordinating and in the execution of marketing initiatives and programs in 6 markets. You will create inspiring leadership events, smaller roundtables and workshops. The client is market leader within digital search and digital marketing.
The assignment is planned to start as soon as possible and will continue for 12 months. It is a full-time position and the customer apply a standard of 37,5 working hours per week. Location will be HQ in Stockholm with travels to local markets.
This is basically what you will do:
- Plan and execute smaller and bigger advertising events
- Manage event agencies
- Budget management and spend tracking
- Collaborate with internal departments
You will play a key role in the success of the events and programs! However, you will not be alone in this work – you will have close cooperation with international cross-functional teams, and you will be a part of a team consisting of four dedicated people.
Now let’s speak about YOU!
You probably have a BA/BS degree and 3-5 year of managing marketing projects for a B2B audience, or as a client marketer. You also understand the wider digital media landscape, including mobile, search, YouTube and display advertising products and strategies.
Corporate language is English, so you have to be fluent and as the events will be taking place in different locations and countries, you’ll have to be able to travel quite a lot.
