Program & Production planning manager – Tuve plant
Are you ready for a new challenge?
The Logistic organization in Tuve is looking for a new Manager for Program & Production planning. After 3 years, our highly respected Program & Production planning manager will leave the role and start a new adventure. As Program & Production planning manager You will be a key player for the Plant challenges. You will together with the Logistic Management Team and other stakeholders shape the future for the Plant. In this role you will also lead a Team of 5 people.

Main responsibilities:
Responsible for and drive the Tuve part of the S&OP process for CBU, CKD, CA and Frame shop in cooperation with GTO
Responsible for capacity planning matching the demand for markets for CBU, CKD including CA capacity management
Supporting Sales in order handling and OPT updates
Planning of CBU, Cabtrim, CKD, and backlog – balancing different stakeholder demands to support what is best for the customer and Tuve
Cab buffer management
Responsible for managing the production calendar supporting with working schedules, solutions for capacity flexibility and working time flexibility that meet the order demand
Restrictions management, including setting the right constraints in OPT according to stakeholder demands
Support production with optimal setting of parameters for production throughput times.
Def run kalender
Spare cabs RFQ and order handling
Levelling of production (sequencing) to create optimal sequence for balancing of the production lines.
PLS monitoring and setup to support material supply
Production control – KPI follow up and support improvements to deliver trucks according to promise to customer
Participate in cross function meetings with Sales, International Manufacturing and Regional functions.
Continuous improvements and analysis to enable Tuve to deliver the Perfect plan
Contribute as a member of the logistics management team and the global network
Qualifications
You have an University Degree preferably in Logistics, manufacturing or equivalent experience. You have significant experience of manufacturing, preferably production planning and it is also advantageous if you have previous experience of a leading position. Experience of relevant systems is advantageous. You have great skills in written and spoken Swedish as well as English. You have well-founded knowledge in Microsoft Office. Familiar with Volvo Productions Systems
