Program and project administrator
We are looking for a consultant for a long term assignment within the IT Operation department at AstraZeneca.

Within AstraZeneca Operations there are 38 pharmaceutical factories and productions units placed in 16 different countries. The department IT Operations is responsible for all IT hardware and infrastructure as well as the IS solutions, such as training and support for end users within AstraZeneca Operations.
IT Operations is divided in 4 units, USA, UK, Sweden and China.
Task, duties and responsibilities:
IT Operations are now involved in three new factory construction projects, one in Russia, one in Algeria and one in Sweden. On their behalf we are now looking for a project and program administrator.
One part of the job is to function as the Program Support Office (PSO) towards three factory projects. Another part of the assignment is to help preparing for end user testing of a new corporate information portal. This is a process intelligence application and you are expected to participate in the design of test scripts, data entry and will play a part in the testing.
This include task such as:
• Use established tools and processes to administrate programs and projects.
• Plan and facilitate dash board reporting (weekly meetings) and visual planning reporting. The tools used for this are Sharepoint and Clarity.
• Plan and facilitate work progress, financial and task reports.
• In addition to planning and facilitating meetings and workshops, you are responsible for retrieve, putting together and making available all documentation such as program updates and program information.

Qualifications:
• MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point.
• MS Project
• Clarity
• Sharepoint (including One drive och Box)
• Excellent in English and Swedish.
You have completed Swedish gymnasium (or similar) and preferably you also have a university degree and/or equivalent work experience.
You are well organized and have the capacity to plan and carry out you tasks independently. It’s important that you have the ability to follow established processes and that you collaborate well with others in an international environment. We think that you have a driving force in contributing to project progress through service and administration.
