Job description
The Program Controller monitor the progress of projects to ensure that it is working within the confines of set deadlines and budget limitations and generate reports to managers. Projects with different sizes and complexities can be assigned in parallel. 
You will be part of the Project management core team and report to the Director of Program Finance as well as to the VLD (Vehicle Line Director).
As a person you have keen sense of business. Ability to manage complex structures and systems is vital for this role. Strong analytical skills and holistic financial understanding is taken for granted. The ability to intellectually move quickly between discussions on numbers, projects, products and business will be valuable. And mostly, that you enjoy being part of a great team.  
Main Responsibilities
* Responsible for the full financial controls of projects during complete project lifetime.
* Supporting the project management with all project related financial activities.
* Creating and adjusting project budgets & targets. Support yearly budget process.
* Forecasting project goals and completion.
* Reporting the financial status in project meetings and communicating all relevant information to Finance community and Executive Management.
* Responsible for preparing project milestone planning & reporting full financial status including: Total investment
* Material cost
* Profitability calculation (when applicable)

* Liaise with Geely & Lynk & Co regarding business case calculation principles and assumptions incl. occasional travel to China.
* Participate in improvements work on present and future procedures, processes and systems.
* Represent finance in cross-functional investigations and groups, for example conceptual choice decisions from a financial point of view.
Skills & abilities:
*  Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a finance related field.
*  Minimum 5 years + of similar experience from a global industry.
*  Fluent in English and Swedish.
*  Structured and analytical with a thorough mindset.
* Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally in diverse teams.
* Excellent communication and networking skills.
*  Curious, and eager to learn new things with an ability to maintain a positive attitude.
*  Self-motivated, organized team player with ability to manage work priorities in a fast-paced environment
*  Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture is an advantage.
