We are now looking for a Program Coordinator!

 

Description

As a Program Coordinator you will work closely with the Program Manager to lead and coordinate the day to day work in specific programs.

This means you will;

- coordinate meetings and manage project documentation,
- facilitate and coordinate the day to day work in the program team,
- translate different documents,
- direct translation in some meetings.

You will work together with all business areas, line- and project-organizations within our company. Externally, you will work with the program’s suppliers and -customers.

We are looking for someone who has;

- relevant project experience,
- a thorough experience and interest in using the computer for different tasks.

You master Turkish and English, both spoken and written. Swedish is a merit.

To be successful in the role you need to; 

- be effective and organized,
- have the ability to plan and prioritize,
- have good social skills,
- be creative, solution-oriented and open minded,
- have good communication skills.

Great consideration will be given to your personal attitude for the position.

National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
