Program Coordinator

Are you passionate about collaboration, program management and performance indicators?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Manage and coordinate CFO Business Development & BIO Programs and Epics;
- Support the cross functional teams with coordinating that the deliveries from the various teams, value streams and Business Areas/Group Functions are synchronized;
- Facilitate, organize programs and processes related events, which agenda may span over multiple Value Streams, Business Areas or Group Functions;
- Document and follow-up your deliveries progress, using various tools and methodologies;
- Propose new ideas and solutions for challenging questions;
- Work alongside our agile experts and business colleagues adopting to scaling agile methodology (SAFe).


What is needed in this role:
- Academic degree, or a great reason for not having one;
- Very good English, spoken and written;
- Good knowledge of agile way of working principles & methodologies;
- Ability to coordinate planning, delivery, processes, testing between value streams & business areas;
- Able to document and communicate program related progress and escalations in a very good level. Excel in stakeholder management in all aspects.
