On this journey, a modern system platform including common ways of working are key- prerequisites to succeed This is what the Industrial ERP Backbone program (IEB) is all about – Enabling the future (at Scania).
Within IEB we are looking for a talented coordinator to our project who can contribute to the success of the IEB program.
Program Management office (PMO)
The IEB PMO is established as a central capability - with the responsibility to deliver on all PMO processes. Amongst others, that includes securing ways of working across process areas and cross workstreams. Furthermore to establish and maintain a common toolbox for program management tasks as well as deliver on several areas that lie within the responsibility of the IEB PMO.
Main responsibilities
This role will contribute in the program within different areas and is responsible to manage to administrational tasks within the program
The type of activities that you will drive and contribute to are exemplified by;
• Secure ways of working with program management tools, methods, and processes by coach and guiding program members
• Support with preparing meetings and presentations and document decisions
• Maintenance and support in the on/offboarding process, maintenance of the program resource overview
• Monitor and maintenance of the program Teams structure and documentation
• Support the development and delivery on internal program communication plan and orchestrate program events, including contributing in the change management arena
Your profile
You have a university degree in engineering and a few years of work experience within Scania. You have a background in controlling, purchasing, coordination, administration or similar.
You are a teamplayer, who has a passion for cross-collaboration and can handle operational tasks while having a strategic mindset at the same time. You are motivated by complexity and to make the complex simple and understandable.

You have a pragmatic and situation-based approach and a large portion of “gut feeling” combined with self-confidence. You are open, enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive mind and a”can-do” attitude
Your background may vary, but most importantly you have a great passion for governance and change – where the people are at the center. The position is physically located at Scania’s HQ in Södertälje, Sweden, and with the opportunity to work from other locations from time to time.
