You will be part of a group that is responsible for analysis of transient and steady state performance of gas turbines. The department is also responsible for the performance prediction programs within both transient and steady state performance. The programs are used in several applications around the company and have in total several hundreds of users. The group consists of 11 employees, where 5 persons works within program development and the rest of the group within gas turbine performance calculations.
The position will cover a wide range of tasks including maintenance of the current code together with user interface, implementation of our programs in different environments, development of new features and applications, testing of the code and release of the finished product.
You will work within the following areas:
* Participate in projects for development of new programs and tools
* Maintenance and continuous improvements of existing tools
* Participate in digitalization projects to ensure that our programs work seamlessly in other applications
We work according to the scrum methodology in Git environment. In your role you will work both independently and in teams and collaborate both locally and globally. We value diversity and team-spirit. The role can be adjusted to fit the applicant.

We see that you are:
* · MSc or BSc in Computer Engineering or equivalent knowledge or experience.
* Open to work in different programming environments and with different programming languages, where experiences from Fortran, C#, Python and Git is a plus
* A person that can work in a team and make it more effective & efficient.
* Good English language skills are required. Swedish language skills are meritorious.
You will be based in Finspång, Sweden.
