CCP2 is a state-of-the-art, safe, and reliable onboard product, used in both urban and inter-cities signalling systems and supporting a range of vital functions.
The position is part of Alstom's "Signalling" product line, whose mission is to define and design IT, electronics and telecommunications solutions that build the intelligence of tomorrow's trains.
Your mission?
To elaborate the program roadmap and associated baselines scope together with the program core team
Organize the program development and its continuous improvement
To lead the program development activities and deliver the program’s baselines according to the Engineering Management Plan and the Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) commitments
To support the Program Manager for engineering topics


Your key responsibilities?
Apply process, standards, methods, and tools applicable to the métier
Organize the program development process and its continuous improvement
Lead the program development activities to deliver the program items according to the QCD (Quality, Cost, Delay) commitment
Program’s interface on technical matters, with support of System Application Architects for systems
Management of the program items configuration together with the Configuration Manager
Support the Program Manager for engineering cost and planning management


Minimum qualifications:
Possess a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical, SW, System Engineering or other equivalent Engineering discipline
At least 5 years’ experience in System/product Engineering or technical project/program management in product developement digital/railway/automotive/aircraft/medical
Engineering background including project deployment full lifecycle view
Experience in engineering or industrialization; or in support function when high level of activities were performed


Ideally:
Certification in System Engineering
Good communication skills in French
