Program Director

As Program Director you will develop, oversee & execute technical deliverables of Northvolt Upstream 2 project, from Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning; culminating in successful handover of the CAM Facility;. The role is based in Skellefteå, Sweden.
Support Operations organization in successful start-up and ramp up of the Upstream CAM Facility;​
Support development of contracting strategies for all engineering and execution stages;​
Create and/or support implementation of a scope of work for procurement processes (RFI – Request for Information, RFQ – Request for Quotation). Analyze and evaluate procurement processes (RFQ);​
Lead for making important technical decisions and continuously challenge engineering companies/sub-contractors to perform and optimize on deliverables;​
Recruit and building the project execution team (focus on execution work – HSSE, Quality, Construction, Commissioning etc.); ​
Report to Senior Director Programs on main engineering and project delivery challenges and present solutions.​

What you'll need
>15 years of experience in design, build, commission and operation of industrial facilities​
Passionate and experienced in HSSE management ensuring safe delivery culture. ​
Strong experience in Project Management practices including Risk Management, Management of Change, Quality Management​
Experienced in delivery of EPC projects Experience in performing FEED & EPC and developing contract strategies and contractor selection​
Experience in Construction & Commissioning Management ​
Experience in industrial plants operation​
Experience in refining/chemical processes flowsheets​
Experience in managing and building teams​
Degree in engineering or similar
