What you will do

At Product Portfolio & Planning you will contribute as a Program Lead to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:

Be responsible for and lead our Program Increments (PI) within Volvo Group Connected Solutions. In collaboration with roles such as Program Quality & Administration, RTE’s and different initiative owners, you will improve, prepare, execute and follow-up the Program Increments. You are the person that will execute the Program Increment planning events and be responsible for our way of working with Program Increment while continuously improve how we work throughout our PI’s. The role is a very visible within Volvo Group Connected Solution since you will be working cross functionally and do presentations to whole VGCS.

Within Product Portfolio & Planning you will be part of a team that work cross Volvo Group Connected Solutions and Volvo Group to create Product Strategies, consolidated plans and outlook as well as driving and lead our Program Increments.

You are a skilled, experienced functional leader in the domain of agile way of working a larger context. Maybe you are a solution train engineer, a release train engineer or a project manager working with many teams. You can listen in on different perspectives while balancing to reach efficient way of working towards common goals. Presentations to larger audiences and sharing your knowledge and way of working is something that you enjoy.

Requirements
* You have worked as a functional leader for some time (5+).
* Been directly involved in SAFe (or similar frameworks) way of working for at least 3 years.
* Structured and effective in documenting our way of working.
* Can balance different perspective to make good decisions to reach overarching targets.
* You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal form such as live events and recorded trainings).
* Having a work permit valid for Sweden.


Beneficial experiences
* Certificates in SAFe or being an agile coach.
* Experience as a project manager.
* Have been an STE or RTE in a larger perspective.
* Worked in a global setup.
* Know your way around in Atlassian tool suite (Jira and Confluence)
