Background
ITAB Group are a leading provider of store concepts to the European retail market. Their One ITAB transformation programme will maintain their position as market leader and to also develop the organisation’s capabilities to be best placed to meet the needs of a rapidly changing retail industry, driven by changes in consumer behaviour and significant market disruption from online sales.
Role
Reporting to the SVP Group Strategy and Transformation the PMO Manager develops and implements best practices to enable the successful delivery of a broad range of business change initiatives to stakeholders across the business. You will lead and ensure the administration of all global change programmes and monitor projects such that cost, quality, plan, time, and benefits realisation are controlled and achieved, through ensuring that all initiatives adhere to the best practices and standard approaches for project management.
You are expected to lead a creative PMO team that constantly challenge and look for new ways to engage with the organisation to support education and understanding around the transformation plan, across the full group worldwide.
Main responsibilities of the PMO include:
- commercial and business case management
- benefits and quality management;
- stakeholder management
- portfolio and project management
- risk management
- vendor management.
Integral to delivering these responsibilities will be financial management, actions logs, resource forecasting, change control, dependency management and programme reporting.
Operationally, the PMO manager provides and enables project prioritization, management information, financial reporting, resource planning, decision-making and recruitment.
Experience
Today you are the manager of a unit, category, function or experience as PMO manager. You have been responsible for senior project participants and have a very good knowledge of managing the project's complete life cycle. You have a very good ability to define and deliver benefits for projects and programs. Diplomatic, strong and proven knowledge and ability to influence and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, at all levels of a global business.
ITAB, is a global company, with primary focus in Europe with many operational and decentralized units, who will come together to become ONE ITAB, it is very meritorious to have experience from having changed from a local to a global perspective.

We are looking for candidates who have a very good ability to create good professional relationships with management, employees, customers and other important stakeholders to run efficient and profitable businesses.

You will lead projects in an organization where we will jointly develop new structures and processes in a changing environment. The role is expected to be stationed in Jönköping.
