The Company
Toyota Material Handling (TMH) have started a business harmonization journey (IGNITE) and we are now entering the Implementation phase. Launching our SAP transformation program involves process harmonization, integration development and implementation of SAP S4 Hana. Together with our implementation partners at Deloitte we will harmonize our processes amongst all Sales Organizations in Europe.

The Role
The PMO Support (Program Management Office Support) is a member of the PMO team. This is a management support organization and work directly with the program leadership to help articulate and achieve the program’s goals and objectives; create and maintain a program’s budget and its relation to program schedule, analyze progress reported against the work schedules and recommend actions to improve progress. Follow up time and activities and deliver support / coordination where and when needed. It is both working on standing tasks as well as acting as on ad hoc topics. It is important to have own drive, be persistent and be a dynamic team player.
As our PMO support you will be steered, managed and coached by program manager Deloitte and TMHE who are in charge of the PMO
TYPICAL TASKS
Responsible for the consolidated time reporting in the program
Support internal communications
Take minutes and facilitate meetings
Follow up program actions and issues
Build presentation and decision material
Help administrate the vast program
Act on ad hoc needs and requests
Support the rest of the organization with questions and training on tools
Manage onboarding and off boarding material
Facilitate onsite and off-site meetings
Organize and facilitate team events
To succeed in this role, you need to be able to handle a lot of tasks simultaneously. These tasks are not all necessarily complicated or difficult, but you will work with many tasks in parallel and you need to be able to structure and prioritize your work with this in consideration. Speed combined with accuracy is a good way to describe the requirements of work.
DESIRED PROFILE:
Junior analyst
MSc Industrial Engineering and Management, Master of Science in Business and Economics or similar
MS Office power user
Fluent in spoken and written English
AS A PERSON YOU ARE
Action oriented and unafraid
Pro-active and able to pick up and work out tasks assigned independently.
Great problem-solving skills and a team player
A proactive mindset and demonstrates well-developed organizational skills
Willing to learn on the job and develop beyond the comfort zone
Has a proven cooperative approach and is communicative.
The role will be full time, based at our Mjölby office, with possibilities for remote work if needed.
Business travels will on average be 3-4 days per week, 1-2 weeks per month. Physical travel can and will be replaced with online alternatives where that is more appropriate.
