For our location in Sweden we are looking to recruit a Program Manager.

Purpose of the job:
The Program Manager will lead our OTS program. The OTS program is developing and maintaining a training system for our Urban solution (CF650).
The OTS program is responsible for both product development and adaptation to specific customer installations.
The Program Manager will lead a program team with product manager, architect and developers (both internals and externals).

Key responsibilities:
Define the OTS roadmap together with Product Manager and Architect,
Budget and scope responsibility of OTS commitments
Ensure delivery to stakeholders
Responsible for on time delivery
Manage third parties supporting the program


Qualifications:
5+ years of project management (software development projects), or equal
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Problem solving attitude
