We are currently looking for a Program Manager in Stockholm
Your mission:
We are looking for an ambitious, organized, and motivated Program Manager. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, but also a business interest. As a natural leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to deliver great products in a predictable and controlled manner while having some fun on the way. This position could be done from our Stockholm office or our office in Hässleholm.
Your responsibilities will include:
Work closely with product managers, people managers, architects, developers, and other stakeholders to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
Lead scope breakdown into sprints and milestones.
Manage program teams for efficiency, positivity and continuous improvement.
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established goals/objectives.
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the larger team.
Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for stakeholders.
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
Your experience and qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Engineering, or another technical related field.
3+ years of experience working as a project manager.
Knowledge of and experience in using different project management methodologies, both agile and water fall versions.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and an ability to execute. You are result oriented and creative.
Great attention to detail.
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills.
Fluent in English and you like to work independently in an international environment.
