Main point of contact for internal customer
As Program Manager for our internal customer, you are the primary point of contact for all queries, issues and processes received from and relating to this customer. In this role, you will be developing, optimizing and leading the service and support that our customer requires from the entire site in Alingsås. You coordinate and follow up with other departments within the company on a regular basis in order to achieve this goal.
In this role you will be the main point of contact for our internal customer (one of NKT’s Business Lines) and define and deliver on action plans to ensure optimal service and delivery of orders. A big part of the scope will also be to ensure that our customer’s orders are handled according to plan across the entire value chain, by coordination, alignment and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Your tasks will also include:
• Leading customer communication and escalations
• Analyzing performance data, implementing and following up on customer related action plans, audits and KPIs
• Following up on customer orders and coordinating with all local departments over the course of the entire value chain
• Working productively in a pressurized environment
• Problem de-escalation and resolution

You will report directly to the Director of Customer Commercial Service and your primarily workplace will be at our site in Alingsås but remote work for a couple of days/week can be agreed as well.
Professional experience:
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Program Management/Project Management/Continuous Improvement role is required
• Engineering or technical commercial background, preferably with responsibility for technical service delivery
• Successful track record of developing and building strong service delivery towards customers
• Experience building customer relationships and able to quickly gain trust
• Practical experience in ERP-systems (preferably SAP)
• English (fluent in speaking and writing)
• German language skills is a benefit
