Currently we are looking for Program Manager for LCM Automation.

What you will do
Plan and lead the development of LCM Automation for the Core Network 5GC portfolio, cross Core Network Engineering and in close collaboration with Core Network Solution in the Solution Area, and by use of the RA concept.
RA is not a new concept to Ericsson, but this will be the first major deployment in Core Networks, to be followed by more, based on experience and findings.
Stakeholder management to handle dependencies, contributions and receivers' cross BA and MAs.
Cost control, delivery quality and predictable planning are basic expectations on any program, and this is for sure no exception!

You will bring

We believe you have done this before with extensive experience from Program management with a SW development focus.
We also believe previous RA experience is a plus.
Mature leadership experience with a consistent track record to inspire change and bring value
We look for a good business understanding and technical competence
You bring a complete end to end view and an ability to see the big picture from One Ericsson to the success of the customers
Good understanding of the BCSS portfolio (Products & Services) to connect into business trends and disruptions
Track record of implementation & working across diverse organizations and units
You have a well-developed self-leadership, meaning you are proactive, curious with a willingness to learn and a strong finisher/concluder
