Job Description
As a Program Manager you will join our R&D team in Sweden where we strongly believe that working hard and having fun are two compatible elements.
This role has some specific regular tasks but also has many ad hoc tasks.
As a Program Manager, you drive the work of a development team that is doing both development and support work.
You’re responsible for realizing the intended value of the investments we make. You’re the voice of the customer within the team and ultimately you ensure that we get great customer adoption and satisfaction in what we deliver.
Your team is a part of R&D and is focused on developing a world-class web client framework that empowers other developers to build state-of-the-art user interfaces in a declarative way.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
As Program Manager you will be expected to:
Focus on customer value
Plan, Schedule & Prioritize your team
Run IT programs concurrently
Drive and oversee the development within the team
Be able to act on changing requirements and priorities
Interact with stakeholders and report progress
Be a role model in words and actions
Be proactive, drive and take ownership
Be communicative and have a yes we can attitude
Have a quality focus

You are likely a seasoned project manager looking for a new challenge with the possibility to lead and inspire.
Qualifications
To be a successful Program Manager at IFS your mindset will be the key factor, but to get even further we would like you to have a relevant academic degree (M.Sc. or B.Sc.).
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
You have experience in leading a team and supervising small or medium sized projects.
You have a track record of successfully managed projects.
You are experienced in agile methodologies like SCRUM and familiar with Jira.
You are somewhat familiar with the main technologies we use (Angular, TypeScript, RxJS and HTML5)

Qualifications
PMP, PSM certifications are a plus.
Agile Certs are advantageous
