We are now looking for a Program Manager to help drive the Customer Engagement and Loyalty, Global Support Network for all INGKA markets to ensure the CRM Hub delivers an optimal service in supporting our community of data driven marketers.

We see that you can direct efforts to achieve long-term business objectives and understand the complexity of IKEA business and the role of marketing as an integrated part of the business. You should also have a strong knowledge of how to target customers and manage real-time contextual interactions on individual basis using behavioral and predicted patterns throughout their experience with IKEA on all channels.
We also see that you bring the following proven experience to the table:
· Solid expertise and skills in CRM and Loyalty best practice and trends, digital marketing and agency management to deliver brand positioning, growth and increase customer lifetime value
· Strong knowledge of project management of complex development projects including budgets, resources, technologies, and communication
· High competence within Digital and Mobile Marketing technologies and trends within customer and shopping behaviours
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be working in an agile team where we drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged, and empowered. As a Program Manager, you will be an enabler of building personalized conversations with our customers in both push and pull activities. You will facilitate collaboration, secure common tools, and common ways of working that support all INGKA markets in delivering towards objective #2 and #3 of the new marketing model.
You will work closely with our extended Customer Engagement & Loyalty team, our agency partner, IKEA Customer Engagement Digital teams and of course various other functions within Market Support INGKA.
Some job specific key tasks:
· Lead the Global Support Network process and embed the ways of working between Global team and Markets
· Co-lead the development and distribution of frameworks and best practices to support and improve CRM operations within INKGA markets
· Ensure frameworks are being used by Markets to improve customer engagement and customer centric competence development
· Coordinate and support the budget management including tracking, distribution and by the point of contact for the markets
· Manage the CRM backlog, distribute the requests to relevant workstream with close collaboration with IKEA Customer Engagement Digital teams to present common deliverables to markets
The role is based in Hubhult, Malmö and you will report to CRM Hub Development Manager, Market Support.
