Our Customers mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. The Consumer channel sales & marketing team plays a critical role in achieving this mission. They are positioned right at the intersection of customers, hardware partners and channel partners. They work closely with their external ecosystem and internal business groups to deliver amazing customer experiences powered by Windows, Surface, Office, and Xbox.

Opportunities in this team are expansive because they span the entire product lifecycle - from incubation, prototyping and portfolio planning to the design-in, sell-in and sell-through motions that touch consumer and business customers. They are also driving innovative IoT solutions and helping companies with their digital transformations. All of this wraps up under the special charter of working with partners to build and sell Intelligent Edge devices and solutions that empower everyone to achieve more.

In the team, they drive growth for the company itself and their partners through strategic expertise, customer obsession and execution excellence in marketing and selling our winning portfolio of devices and solutions.

They are seeking a Consumer Channel Marketer to drive a partner account or a handful of accounts, building full-funnel partner-specific plans based on worldwide guidance and leveraging proven marketing tactics across labor, evangelism, visual merchandising, digital and demo. Often Channel Marketers will also act as a subject matter expert for a line of business, helping to land and activate product priorities across our partner base. Channel & Device Marketers have end-to-end responsibility for execution, including landing visual merchandising assets, digital execution and transformation on partner.com sites and demo platform sell-in. You will also work closely with Field Labor and Evangelism Leads to drive execution excellence at the store level through optimized coverage, training proficiency and advocacy.

Key responsibility:

• Drive readiness, lead execution and earn fans by leveraging Consumer Channel Marketing strategies and tactics:
• (10%) Strategic Business Planning: Create short, medium and long-term full-funnel partner execution plans that maintain channel momentum and profitability through the product life cycle and are tailored to partner and product needs
• (30%) Partner Experiences: Localize and execute E2E experiences using digital, visual merchandising, demo, evangelism & labor tactics measured by sell-through, profitability, attach and advocacy. Land innovation through our partners, helping us stand out versus the competition and landing the key product messages with our end customers
• (20%) Partner Centricity & Relationship-building: Act as a trusted advisor to the retailer/partner building credibility and impact and influence to help land key priorities. Collaborate and drive co-marketing campaigns that involve our ingredient partners and hardware/device partners. Work across category, channel and device sales to maximize investments and synergy across tactics. Role model a culture of compliance, where trust and transparency are core to all decisions
• (30%) Execution Excellence: Deliver against timelines, budgets, and scorecards while also capitalizing on innovation opportunities. Drive creation and review of monthly and quarterly feedback/reporting in support of regular business milestones. Drive local alignment to WW seasonal planning guidelines that delivers readiness and execution in market
• (10%) Analytics and Insights: Analyze performance results against execution activities to identify causals, opportunities and action plans. Incorporate key insights from accounts to drive informed marketing action plans. Create a culture of learning, encouraging tests and trials that constantly move our marketing execution forward

Core Priorities:

• Develop and drive full-funnel marketing plans across key partners
• Deliver execution excellence across all disciplines leveraging WW execution guidance and platforms
• Enable partner and field readiness through digital IQ, training and demand generation
• Earn fans and increase customer lifetime value through compelling attach motions and channel optimization
Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:
• 3-5 years relevant experience in Retail/Channel Marketing/Marketing/Retail Sales.
• Proven success at marketing and execution planning – particularly Retail Marketing with Consumer Technology products
• Excellent communication skills
• Possess a personal passion for marketing, customer relationship marketing, technology, partners and satisfaction.
• Financial and analytical experience
• Fluent in one Nordic language plus English


The candidates we are looking for are fluent in English and Swedish, only candidates with a Swedish work permit already in place will be taken into consideration. The position is going to be based at our clients’ Swedish office in the city center of Stockholm.
