Solution Area Communication services
At Product Development Group (PDG) MTAS & CSCF within Product Development Unit (PDU) Communication Services we develop and support the Multimedia Telephony Application Server (MTAS) and Call Session Control Function (CSCF) which are key components of current and future communication services solutions across the globe.
The communication services portfolio has strong market traction, and we are continuously evolving the end user features as well as characteristics and automation of our products to lower the total cost of operation for the Communication Service Providers, our customers.
We are now looking for a program manager to lead the cloud native development of MTAS & CSCF.
Job Summary:
To evolve MTAS & CSCF to a cloud native architecture is both an architecture transformation as well as it is an evolution of our development and test environment and ways of working. The responsibility of the Cloud Native Program manager is to lead us in this transformation journey towards our first customer delivery, then next customer delivery and then generic availability.

The MTAS & CSCF product development organization is distributed across Sweden, Hungary and India. Our main and common language is English and this position will be located in Stockholm/Sweden, Budapest/Hungary or Bangalore/India.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include:
Leading product development which is exploratory and has high degree of uncertainty.
Planning, execution and delivery of cloud native MTAS & CSCF development towards GA.
Management of uncertainties and commitments.
Risk and impediment handling.
Secure quality is continuously in focus and in balance with customer delivery readiness.
Enable knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Identifying and implementing improvements.
Leading development using lean and agile practices with focus on flow optimization.
Collaboration and cooperation across organizational and product borders based on an approach of One Ericsson team and end-to-end focus.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Master of Science or corresponding university studies
Min years of product development experience: 5 years
Excellent Project and Program Management skills
Excellent Agile & Lean knowledge as well as continuous integration, delivery and deployment knowledge
Strong competence in Jira and agile/scrum ways of working
Product life cycle management knowledge
Strong leadership skills in line with Ericsson values
Adapting & responding to change
Business and customer focused
Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
