Program Manager - EMEA

Axis Technology Integration Partner (TIP) Program aims at strengthening our engagement and driving business with prioritised Technology Partners.



The TIP Program Manager EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) will take a lead role in the development of the Axis Technology Integration Partner Program and be responsible for driving engagement from across the organization to ensure its success.



What you'll do as a Program Manager, EMEA?

You will be responsible for our Technology Introduction Partner Program in EMEA and take a lead role in the development of the program, driving engagement from across the organisation to ensure its success.



You will work closely with our EMEA Sales Regions to develop and execute strategies for the account management of prioritised Technology Partners in EMEA - orchestrating cross functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Technology teams both within Axis and at the partner companies.



Who are we looking for:

* Build momentum and clarity within multiple stakeholders regarding common initiatives and programs.

* Define and develop program business strategy and goals to support the overall Axis strategy, in alignment with key stakeholders

* Create EMEA Technology Partner annual business plan with clear objectives, activities and deliverables.

* Develop and track objectives and KPIs to measure the program performance

* Perform annual partner landscape review, to ensure the Technology Partner ecosystem in EMEA meets the business initiatives



Your day-to-day aspects of the role would include:

* Act as the point/go-to person in EMEA to own all aspects of the TIP program initiative.

* Orchestrate existing key partnerships and assume ownership for reporting on the overall performance of the prioritised TIP partners in EMEA.

* Work cross functionally within a matrix organisation, ability to influence without authority.

* Commit to regular and transparent communication with TIP team in Americas and APAC head region.



Qualifications:

* Master's degree in engineering.
* 10+ years' experience a sales role in IT or Security organisations.
* Experienced working with network technology.
* Experience, knowledge, and drive to work in a matrix environment.
* Business focused minded with strong technical skills.
* Program and relationship management skills. Proven ability to build strategic, trusted relationships at all levels.
* Fluent in English with excellent written and communication skills.
* Strong skills in other language used in EMEA.
* Strong communication skills.
* Willingness to travel



This position is based in Axis HQ, Lund, Sweden.
