WorkShop is now looking for a program manager for our digitally led advocacy and engagement program. We are looking for someone with a passion for retail, people, and digital training, with experience in initiating and running digital training solutions and events.

Our engagement program is a fully integrated solution for POS checks, store compliance, Training, personal development, Store demo, merchandising and making sure our brands entire community feels included. We drive retention and continuous engagement throughout the year and make sure every individual feels valued and appreciated to represent your brand in the best possible way.

You will work together with the rest of our advocacy team to help drive engagement for our clients in our digitally led program. 

Job Description
As our Program Manager, you will be the central point of contact for the client as well as our production and governance team. This is a critical role for ensuring that key strategy objectives and messaging is passed through to users in the program and reported back with constant feedback and development to the client and the program team. You will lead the work of the engagement team as well as running and developing strategy for the engagement program. You will engage with users in the program as well as with key stake holders daily to make sure we deliver the best-in-class engagement program.

You will report into head of engagement programs and be supported by the engagement program board / governance team on strategic questions. The role does not have any staff liability, but you will be responsible for ensuring that everyone in the program team works together and delivers in line with expectations.

We believe that the right person for this role has:


• IT literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, G Suite)
• Previous group training content development experience, on- and offline
• Field/Retail team management experience
• Proven track record of being able to influence and motivate others
• Fluent in English
• Strong communicating skills both verbally and written

Desirable knowledge and experience:


• Strong interest in technology
• Knowledge of running and developing an ambassador / advocacy incentive program
• Consumer electronics experience
• Fluent in one of the Nordic languages
• Adobe photoshop experience
