Your future team
EPS (Enterprise and Partner Solutions) department is responsible for developing common services as an extension to our devices, and developing Axis Service Platform as an enabler for partners to build their solutions and innovations.

You will lead a program within EPS with focus on device management, firmware management and application management. The work is done by five dedicated agile teams, each team containing 4-5 highly skilled engineers and 1-2 test engineers. Each team has a team lead who is taking the tech lead and scrum master role.

Both you and the teams cooperate closely with a wide range of cross functional teams within Axis.

Your role

* Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to ensure requirements, priority and scope are clear.
* Plan, coordinate cross teams to track progress and resolve dependencies, risks and issues.
* Communicate in a timely and professional way and drive decision making.
* Take leadership and support continuous improvements in way of working
* The role has the possibility, at times to travel and meet customers.

Who you are

* Master's degree in Engineering, computer science, etc.
* Proven track record in SW program/project management and/or SW development experience. Cloud service development and deployment experiences are considered as a plus.
* Have energy and drive to lead and succeed, but still you are humble and easy to interact with.
* Good Interpersonal skills and leadership skill
* Eager to learn, ability to understand and concisely convey complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
* You are curious to understand the big picture and recognize the importance of networking with others inside and outside Axis.
