In this role you will work for a strategic change initiative as a Program Manager within Epic coordinator. Our client is located in Gothenburg, but our client is flexible if you want to work remotely or from another Swedish city. If you work remotely, you will need to travel frequently to Gothenburg.
Job Assignments
Within your job assignments you will do the following:
• In charge of coordinating the strategic initiative over the cluster for two teams.
• Follow up on the administrative/costs/deliveries and reporting this to internal and external stakeholders.
• You will represent the initiative of the client, both internally and externally, and function as the “glue” keeping the cluster together.
• Daily coordination of the work collaborating closely with the client’s supplier.
• The position includes being communicative and have the ability to anchor and handle with multiple stakeholders and presenting reports in a professional way.
In this role you will be a part of the initiative’s Epic Coordination Layer, and you will hold everything together linked to behavior, objectives, and vision, within the initiative, and focuses on overall cross team and functional areas:
• Planning & Execution - Collaborating with Product Owners, Solution Architects/Engineering and Product Management, to decompose the epic into features and capabilities (enablers) and help prioritizing these backlog items.
• Budget & Resources.
• Progress follow up - Oversee overall track progress and time plan (sprint goals or features) with representatives from the product teams. Understand and report on the progress with key stakeholders.
• Risks & Issues - Assist RTE and Scrum Master in establishing flow, for example removing impediments.
• Run the following forums: Follow-up meeting (bi-weekly/weekly/on demand, stakeholders, and reporting progress) and Joint sprint review/planning (bi-weekly).
Requirements
• Familiarity with agile methodology and be able to present a willingness to understand the client’s business and what they aim to accomplish in the strategic initiative.
• Ability to see the bigger picture, avoiding over focusing on details.
• This role is not only limited to working as an administrator, but it involves being a proactive and engaged team member and contributing with your thoughts and analysis.
• You should have excellent skills in coordinating major and complex initiatives.
• It is important that you have exceptional people skills.
• Great planning, coordinating, and reporting skills.
• Excellent skills in managing stakeholders and balance diverse opinions.
Meritorious
• It is meritorious with experience from agile delivery models and SuccessFactors implementations.
