We are looking for a Program manager for Cloud native product development
Do you want to deliver quality software across Ericsson and work together in an engaged team? You will learn new areas, accelerate your own skills and make an impact for our business! Come and work in the unit developing the cloud native platform used by all Ericsson cloud native products including the new 5G Core network portfolio.

We are looking for a capable leader, making the development working as a Swiss watch – predictable, delivering with quality where we are always able to spell out the value for money and with flow efficiency. Cloud native is far more than a technology, it’s also a paradigm shift in way of working and you will be essential in this change, both inside the unit as well as supporting and influencing other units.
PDU Component Development Unit (PDU CD) is a development organization within BA Digital Services.
PDU CD is a corner stone of the Ericsson platforms and components strategy and develops components and products and microservices used by applications across Ericsson. It covers three main ecosystems Application Development Platform (ADP), Component Based Architecture (CBA), and Licensing. The PDU is present in Sweden, Hungary, Italy, Finland and Canada and with suppliers in India, Vietnam, Australia and Russia. You will be located in Kista.
You will
be responsible for product delivery and the plan
ensure that the Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all
provide capability plans for the Development Teams - work with the capability provided from the Line Manager
communicate, coordinate and align deliverables with both internal and external interested parties
optimize the flow from start to finish to improve output
act on impediments
collaborate with many units across Ericsson
Important factors to be successful in the role are empathy and humanness, courageous and fact-based decisions, cooperation and collaboration, executing speedily and ability to build a speak-up environment.
To be successful in the role we believe you need to have
bachelors or Master of Science in Computer Engineering or similar
minimum 5 years of work experience
minimum 3 years of management experience
experience of working with multi-stakeholder environment
experience leading software development operations
formulating strategies and concepts
Soft Skills
self-leading with excellent time and efficiency management
good level of cultural awareness and its implications on communication.
ability to mentor and teach others.
attitude is characterized by "one Ericsson" and "Customer first"
good interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Proficient in oral and written English and have excellent writing and presentation skills.
