Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Program Manager within Epic coordinator, for a strategic change initiative. You will be responsible for coordinating the strategic initiative over the cluster for two teams and will include day to day coordination of the work with close collaboration with our supplier.
What you'll do:
● Plans, leads, allocates, follows up and reports the work within the program office and create conditions for the program office.
● Prioritize in consultation with the program leader, the work of the program office.
● Overall responsibility for the delivery of the agency and to implement identified needs for processes within the agency's areas of responsibility as a support function.
● Develop decision support and templates to support programme management.
● Draft key objectives and results, and strategies and apply the data for the program to make business decisions.
● Ensure that developed processes and routines are updated continuously to streamline the work.
Who you are:
● 4-8 years of experience working as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
● Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills of Swedish and English language.
● Relevant project/programme experience, of which work should have taken place within the last 5 years.
● Offered consultant should have good knowledge of project and program methods.
● Have experience in business systems, major healthcare information systems, business-wide system support.
● Experience with methods and tools for project and program management.
● Experience in supporting and coordinating projects, administrations and/or deliveries of an IT nature.
