Program Manager, Karlskrona

Right now, we are looking for a skilled Program Manager for one of our most important customers within the Telecom area in Karlskrona.

Job description:
In the role as Program Manager you will have a central role in creating a dynamic organization with strong focus and support from the Account Management team.
In this role you will be single point of contact and responsible for one of the customer product houses with the objective to identify development and improvement areas.
Furthermore you will have an advisory role to the customer and must be able to guide the customer in re-quirements and analysis phases as well as ensuring an efficient execution.

General responsibilities:
Drive projects and programs for the customer.
Secure project start and handshake with CSC project organization.
Liaise closely internally within CSC with architect team and other stakeholders.
Liaise closely with the customer's business side to identify (and implement) improvements which will enable the customer to reach its business goals.
Interact with one of the customer business areas, but interaction with several other business areas is needed to ensure a holistic view on the requirements from the customer.
Interact on all levels, ensuring that a full picture of the business needs is collected and analyzed.
Be an expert in the company policies, guidelines and missions, making sure members of the team understand them as well.

Competencies required:
You will work in a multinational team of consultants. Swedish and English are our daily languages, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, are required.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably from the telecom industry. You have five or more years of program-, project- and team management, both agile and waterfall.
In the role as Program Manager you must have strong leadership skills and be passionate about your work.
