Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Program Manager who is experienced in managing major programs logistic processes and management.

What you'll do:
● Develop and implement quality assured, flexible and effective production systems in Cars Propulsion Components production sites.
● Working cross functionally and project oriented, supporting all Group's Propulsion Components production plants and car programs locally and globally.
● Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
● Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
● Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Who you are:
● Several years of experience in leading extensive programs and feasibility studies in large and complex organizations.
● Possess excellent project management skills, strong ownership, ability to meet tough deadlines and a desire to learn constantly.
● Knowledge and experience of how government agencies or public administration are organized and governed.
● Have good communicative ability and ability to coordinate their work with stakeholders for their project.
● Have good knowledge of SAP rollin and Experience of large organizations in an outsourced IT.
