Program Manager - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Program Manager who is experienced in working with public cloud platforms, preferably with experience in infrastructure engineering.

What you'll do:
● Plan and execute activities to drive a project or a program forward according to business needs.
● Working cross functionally and project oriented, supporting all Group's Propulsion Components production plants and car programs locally and globally.
● Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
● Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
● Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Who you are:
● Strong working experience of change management, program leadership and digital transformation across Business & IT.
● Have broad understanding of functional responsibilities within a traditional infrastructure organization and the ability to navigate various stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
● Team player, capable of motivating and energizing peers, with a proven ability to create a highly collaborative working environment.
● Experience working with public cloud platforms, preferably with experience in infrastructure engineering.
● Ability to quickly understand the current situation and deliver desired goals while keeping stakeholders and sponsors informed.
