Job Add PM team lead- Hyper Island Programs AB
The only constant in this world is change and it is happening at an ever increasing rate due to exponential, technological development.
At Hyper Island we train individuals and organisations to thrive in this ongoing change - within the areas of technology, business and design.
Hyper Island today is a global organisation with campuses and offices around the world. Yet we remain true to our original vision to empower people to shape the future.
Our learning approach is based on constructionsim (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constructionism_(learning_theory)): at Hyper Island we learn by doing and making stuff.
Our long term programs are higher vocational educations and funded by the Swedish state (Yrkeshögskola). Our task is to make the participants real world ready, to make sure they are equipped to work within the digital industry after graduation.
With the public funding of our programs, we’re set up to ‘to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.’
Our strategic goal during the next five years is to democratise our vocational education even more in order to reach more diverse groups of people with our experience based learning journeys.
You will lead a PM team of five to seven program managers. You will be part of a core-team of three other team leads, reporting directly to the Head of School.
