Do you have broad experience from working with program or project management within the implementation and digital transformation? Are you highly interested in new technology and in a modern way of working? Then you might be our new Program Manager for Scania Financial Services' global transformation program; Unity Finance.
Digital transformation is going faster and faster and SFS needs to transform accordingly in pace, both internally as well as on the market when moving into the ecosystem of transportation and logistics. For this change to happen, we have initiated a transformation with three programs, where Unity Finance is one of the three, and we are now looking for a program manager to lead the program.

• Ensure prioritization between initiatives.
• Support in recruitment of employees and consultants.
• Pursue change in a business with great digital immaturity.
The work is on a global level and our environment is in constant change and we build and shape as we run. You will therefore need to have a growth mindset and a pragmatic way of working, but at the same time be able to evaluate, prioritize and act in order to build sustainable and robust solutions that can evolve over time. You will also need to be confident in working and leading virtual teams and resources within different parts of Scania and our Service Providers. This is to enable the co-creation setup and iterative way of working, which is part of our new setup within SFS.
Who are you?
As a person we believe that you are a confident leader with the ability to build and develop teams, you have a “can-do”-attitude, enjoying working in a constantly changing environment where we are expected to lead and support others to join the journey. You have strong communication skills in order to build trust. You have a holistic focus and a business approach. Furthermore, you take initiative and decisions to lead a change forward.
We also see that you have:
• Previous experience in program management driving and implementing extensive transformations and organizational changes in complex projects.
