Program Media Manager Producer to Ericsson

Do you want to create video content which plays a crucial part within technical development? Do you have a burning desire to develop the media industry when it comes to learning? Then we have to job for you!

In the role Program Media Manager Producer, you mainly work towards manage educational videos from Ericsson´s learning portal. You will handle the media team, set up and have directing management for the creation of the learning video. You will think long term and see how the creations of your videos can be reused for future purposes. You will manage the full range of the project from scratch to finish line.

About the role
In your role as Program Media Manager Producer, your main responsibility will be:

- Implement a formal process(es) for video production as part of the development framework of Learning Services
- Ensure technical requirements (coder profile, coder software, etc)
- Own the selection, implementation and support of remote Video Recording Tools
- Ensure brand and viewer experience (background, lighting, etc)
- Lead training program for the organization on how to act in front of the camera
- Support LS Media Studio activities
- Support the development organization in contracting suppliers
- Be responsible for reviewing video products and approve/ propose changes.
- Analyze student feedback and implement changes to video production process accordingly
- Communicate to stakeholders frequently
- Aid trouble-shooting/problem solving issues coming up in the development and delivery
- Supporting discussions with rest of Ericsson for re-use of media content

The job as Project Media Manager Producer, is as a consultant with start immediate. The job is for 6 months, with big changes of a more permanent position within Ericsson.

About you
We look for you who is thorough, responsible, social, initiative, co-operative. The role contains a lot of contact and communication on a global level. We see that you possess a profound language skill within English and Swedish. Previous experience from media, educational videos, project management is considered a great advantage.

We also see that you posses the communicative ability to create relationship with all kinds of people.

- Experience in video making
- Can take command and run an entire team
