EES has an inspiring Product Program in the upcoming years with new generation(s) of Electronic HW (ECUs) and new SW Platform(s). EES is providing E&E building blocks and a base system for the complete Volvo Construction Equipment (VCE) machine range, so we offer you a chance to work globally and across functions within and outside of VCE and Volvo Group.


We have an exciting journey ahead of us with disruptive technology shifts such as Electro-mobility, Automation and Connectivity and our building blocks need to support them all. In addition, there is a huge movement in the HMI area, e.g. large touch screens for the operator of the machine.


We offer you a chance to together with Product Planning and EES Leadership Team drive the EES product portfolio and connected development programs. You will be responsible for defining and supporting the building and delivering of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet stakeholder needs over the entire product lifecycle. Together with the team you will establish and maintain the connected budget/resource needs for the portfolio and identify and pro-actively manage relevant commercial, industrial, technical, and organizational issues in the portfolio.


You will have a large global network of stakeholders, EES internal Chief Project Managers (CPMs) and CPMs in other areas in Eskilstuna to synchronize ways of working and deliveries.

We are looking for a candidate that has the drive and passion to take on new challenges with the ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders with the consolidation of an Embedded Electronics product and solutions portfolio based on state-of-the-art technology.


The personal skills of communication and presentation, collaboration and producing results are more valuable than formal technical knowledge.


In the projects, CPMs, technical project leader and/or SCRUM teams with a Product Owner will be your natural speaking partners. The cross-functional nature of the product portfolio will further enhance your networking skills and holistic view. Is this You?


Experience of working in budgeting/financial tools, technical product management, and Portfolio SAFe including Lean budgeting is beneficial.
