About the Position
As a Programmatic Specialist at Amazon Ads, you play a central role in leading and managing the experience for our large-scale agency and advertiser clients. Your expertise in advertising technology, programmatic advertising, and Amazon DSP will be crucial to develop our customers into proficient users. You will work closely with internal support teams to address customer needs, acting internally as the voice of the customer to drive product enhancements and create tailored solutions.
This role is as a consultant via Adecco with planned start February 2024 and will go on for 14 months,
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Own the relationship with trading desk managers and provide consultative services such as onboarding, feature training, and continuous product usage consultation.
- Lead the efficiency of the trading desk based on client needs through collaboration with internal support teams.
- Engage with customers at various organizational levels to understand business objectives.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify improvement areas and formulate enablement and adoption recommendations.
- Participate in the development of Amazon Advertising Self-Service DSP through product beta participation, ongoing client feedback, and close collaboration with various Amazon teams.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in advertising technology, programmatic advertising, and specific expertise in Amazon DSP. Your passion for understanding customer goals and providing solutions through training and product deep dives will be crucial. You will be involved in both customer interactions and internal collaboration.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in advertising technology and programmatic advertising.
- In-depth understanding of Amazon DSP and its functionalities.
- Ability to communicate technical details effectively to clients.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data to drive improvements.
- Proactive in staying updated on industry trends and technology advancements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for both customer-facing interactions and internal collaboration.
