About this opportunity

The Programme Finance Manager will be part of the Technology Planning Analysis team but will be working closely with the Programme Manager and the rest of the Programme leadership team, PMO, Portfolio Partners, Finance Business Partners and Finance Managers to provide financial management and drive financial compliance on a programme level.

What you’ll be doing:
* Support the Sponsor and Programme Manager with financial management support and challenge, including dialogues with senior stakeholders
* Work closely within a cross-functional team to plan, prioritize and develop scope, required resources and budget for initiatives in the programme as member of the Programme leadership team
* Drive the financial management of the line resources required to put the solutions and processes established by the programme into production
* Manage strategic alignment on cross-organizational execution and link to Tech Strategy
* Challenge, validate, quality assure financial forecasting, accruals, and bookings, and be alert to the intangible asset creation resulting from the programme including driving justification for capitalization and economic lifecycle of the assets created
* Ensure and maintain a proactive overview of programme capacity and finances for IT Development and Run (including IT and Business)
* Contribute to a rewarding social climate to promote teamwork and knowledge sharing, and spend time and effort to facilitate good communication and clear financial overview with our stakeholders
* Participate in the establishment and continuous development of common ways of working for programmes within Nordea together with other Programme Finance Managers and controllers

* A natural ability to handle, produce, and nurture multiple projects of various complexities simultaneously, and you take great pride in always being loyal to your deadlines
* Several years of professional experience where you’ve been responsible for complex financial reporting and follow-ups, perhaps as a portfolio manager or similar, preferably in an IT environment
* Full proficiency in verbal and written English
